So the one ui 7.0 really messed up from me texting other people! I have tried all the solution in the books, restart, clear cache, force stop,  disabled Samsung messages,  reinstalled Google message, reset network settings,  factory reset, had Samsung care remote service my phone. Has Asurion inspect my phone and also went to Samsung to do a flash re set and that almost worked but then stop working with text again. They keep telling me to contact my cell provider and the cell provider told me to do all this. It's the update! Go fix it asap
