I have a 2023 Samsung Frame TV connected to an Apple TV 4K (3rd gen).  Both are running current software.  

I can’t turn on the Samsung Frame with the Apple TV remote using CEC after the TV has been off for more than 15 minutes.  If the TV is on, the Apple TV remote can turn it off and back on without issue, and it can adjust volume without issue.  It’s only when the TV has been off for a bit that the Apple TV remote won’t turn it back on. 

Anynet CEC is enabled on the Frame, and the “control TV” option is enabled on the Apple TV.   I’ve factory reset both the Frame and the Apple TV, but no luck. 

Any ideas to fix this?  I’m so frustrated with this!
