Ever since the latest UI update, there appears to be a display / backlight issue where the top left notification bar will flash white, and the backlight on the left side of the screen will increase with it. It started as short flashes, but now it lasts for several minutes. It happens in all applications and the home screen. I've restarted the phone multiple times and the problem persists.
