I bought this smart monitor in Sept 2023, and now, a few weeks ago (March 2025), while doing nothing special or extraordinary (double monitoring while doing my homework from college), it suddenly stopped working. I tried everything, different outlets, different plugs, pressing the on/off button, etc., but nothing worked. I don't even see the right light on.
It is sad because I am team Samsung and most of my electronic devices are Samsung, but this monitor seems to be bad and not reliable. Now, Samsung wants to pay for a repair, which is so frustrating because this monitor is not even 2 years old, and it's not working anymore. It's like they programmed this monitor to fail right after the warranty expires, so we have to pay extra for these issues.
Please, I need assistance without paying a dollar; it is not fair that we have to spend more money, and especially time, to solve these issues.
