My 6 month old z flip 6 usb port and inner screen stopped working suddenly. I contacted samsung customer care and scheduled a repair service at ubreakifix. the service guys took care of the issues by replacing the screen and the port. Phone was back in working condition in 3 hours. 

One issue though, the ubreakifix guy incorrectly thought that the screen is not covered and that I may have to pay $200. So, please schedule the appointment via Samsung before heading there. 

Though its annoying that the screen went blank, at least Samsung honored the warranty. I am hoping that the new parts will last couple of years.
