TV Plus takes several minutes to start each time the TV is turned on, or just doesnt work at all (ERROR: There was a problem while trying to play the TV Plus channel.  Select Retry and wait a moment.) If it does connect, it keeps dropping when you change channels.  Network work is fine/connected (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, internet app., etc., all work properly). Settings show status as connected when these drops occur.

I have tried the standard fixes (Unplug for 2 minutes, hold the power button 5 seconds  clear apps and cache, deleted and reentered network settings, etc.) Nothing works.

All I keep ending up with is the Samsung TV Plus logo and a spinning wheel in the upper right corner for about 2 minutes then the ERROR message detailed above shows up yet again...
