I just got a new Samsung 990d and connected it to my qn90 tv. The volume randomly decides to turn all the way up to 100 for no reason what so ever. I can’t even turn the volume down, when I do it just turns back up immediately. Never going below 96 before going back to 100.
I have updated the firmware, done a factory reset, powered the system on and off and this continues to happen randomly.
I have 3 Samsung TVs and sounds bars, for a top of the line sound bar this is should not be happening. It turned on randomly went to 100 and scared an elder friend who was sleeping. Scared then so much I was worried they would have a heart attack.
