I am extremely disappointed with the latest update from Samsung, which occurred yesterday and has caused me numerous issues. As a result, I have lost all my family pictures, client contacts, and important data.

I own a Samsung S22 Ultra, which suddenly updated itself without my consent. Since the update, the phone kept turning on and off repeatedly, and today, at around 2 PM, it stopped working completely. I contacted Samsung customer service, and they assisted me in booking an engineer to visit my house to repair the phone. However, I cannot run my business for the next two days, and unfortunately, I had not backed up my phone recently.

This means I will lose all my recent data, customer contacts, and, most importantly, family photos of my little one, which are incredibly precious to me—all because of a faulty update. This experience has been frustrating and upsetting, and I feel let down by Samsung.
