Hello. I am hoping someone can help me with a problem I am having.
I have Model #UN55DU7200DXZA that is currently in our family room area.
When my TV is on the "Live TV" setting and I used the channel selector on the remote to change the channel, it seems to default to a Samsung TV Plus channel.
I have gone into the "Smart Features" and turned off the "Autorun Last App" feature and it continues to go to Samsung TV Plus channel. I have also taken the batteries out of the remote and pushed the "On" button for 8 second. It still continues with the issue.
I believe it is something with my TV because when I take the remote that came with the TV from the family room and used it to turn on my Samsung TV in my bedroom, it changes channels normally.
I can change the volume. But the issue with the TV changing channels normally.
