My Wifi, Hotspot doesn't start even it's not showing any notification in notification Bar. Some times it's started through connection>mobile hotspot and tethring>mobile hotpsot on\off switch. Showing switch on but its not run. I had already tried too Reset network setting, factory data reset option... does this is hardware issue or any more software setting options remains too check.... kindly help me..
