Hello,
we are having issues with our 2016 Samsung TV and have been asked by our tv provider to clear the cache.
We cannot find an option to do this on this model of TV. Has anyone done this? We also cannot seem to be able to uninstall the app. Has anyone managed to do this?
the tv is slow and we need to reboot all of the time.
