Can anyone suggest a tip I maybe haven't tried yet? Randomly, when I switch positions with the tablet, the display will shut off and I have to unlock it. Sometimes when it does this it will stay off for at least 10 seconds before I can turn it back on.
I've tried changing screen timeout to 2 minutes. I've also turned off the option to "tap to turn display off" Is there anything I'm missing?
I'm still within my 30 days to return it. Is this something I'm doing wrong on my end or does this happen to others as well? Do I have a defective tablet?
