My Samsung Smart TV Remote won’t Changing Live TV Channels it goes directly to Samsung TV Plus. I can change Volume on Live TV or enter the number of the Channel.

When using Channel up/down it just goes directly back to Samsung TV Plus, not the Live over air channels. 65” Samsung Smart TV purchased at of year 2023. 

The remote worked correctly when TV was purchased and over the last few months, anymore. I didn’t change anything to my knowledge.
