I have problems with my Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and don't know how to fix it. Can anybody tell me what to do?

A few days ago I noticed the battery on my A32 5G is rapidly draining.
Then it suddenly rebooted itself.
Also, some notifications aren't loading.

What is going on here and how can I fix it?
