2023 Samsung The Frame - Out of nowhere we’ve started getting the a pop up volume screen on our Frame TV. (Picture attached)

The only way to get rid of it is shut tv off and restart. It happens every time we watch tv but not consistently at same time. ie not using remote, watching show and it pops up. 

Any suggestions to get rid of it??
