Hey y'all. I have the galaxy book s, i purchased back in 2020 or 2021 from Verizon, now i have different provider.
Anyways
Since yesterday the screen brightness stopped working properly. It's like it's set on lowest setting, but even pressing the brightness up button or manually going in settings, it doesn't budge
Any ideas? Is it.defunct and can Samsung replace me?
