Newer Samsung Top Load Washer WA50R5400AV/US Balance code- 

continue to get this error code on this expensive top load washer- when spinning the drum moves side to side violently until it shuts down with code -

Did everything - installed new stabilizer rods, double checked floor level, rebalanced load, went through calibration mode- called samsung but they could not resolve issue- washer is 18 months old. 

Old stabilizer rods were destroyed, 

Surely We are not the only ones with this issue- seen class action law suit on other model numbers with same issues
