Hi,
I keep getting a “Dryer connection error” in the SmartThings app.
Model: Samsung DV90F09F4SU3 Bespoke AI Home
SmartThings app on Android (latest version)
The dryer is connected to Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi icon shows on the appliance).
Firmware update has already been installed.
My Samsung washing machine of the same series works perfectly in SmartThings.
I’ve already done several full resets on the dryer.
I also tried: removing/adding the device in SmartThings, rebooting the router, using only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Despite all this, the app still shows Smart Control off and refuses to connect to the dryer.
Is this a known issue for this model, or is there a specific fix?
