I cannot get any help from anybody. The sites are not user-friendly. The telephone representative was less than helpful. My machine broke after two years. The cost to fix it is prohibitive. I purchased a new one. Samsung would not reimburse me for the new purchase. They can’t yes they can they’re corporation. They can do anything they want to do. Not their policy beg to differ policies can change. Their products are garbage.

I'm still working on why you think Samsung should reimburse you for your new washer - or the old one. Your machine was out of warranty, the product broke down. Some repair place wants to charge you an arm to repair it. You chose to buy a new machine instead. Why should Samsung pay you?

No one knows how you treated the washer.
