I'm having is I'm in the constant UV error message on my top load Samsung washer I brought some Samsung suspension rods that were genuine OEM and the problem is still persisting does anyone know what the permanent solution is?
Update Never mind I actually found a perfect solution we've actually ended up using the Whirlpool suspension rods Very high quality very inexpensive here is the substitution chart that we found:
No this was a few weeks ago but the system would not allow me just to post a general helpful tip. So I have to post it as a question and answer. We were so frustrated because the washer is in such a tight laundry room Forget the money it would have taken an active dollar to reinstall a washer and a dryer and the repair people told us we had to buy a new one no matter what Out of frustration I just took it upon my own to look around and I found this solution above I just want to let people know. We live in a small trailer and let me tell You need jackhammers Vaseline a forklift to get it to get everything around it's such a tight laundry room it would have been a nightmare trying to uninstall and reinstall LOL
