Washers and DryersI have a 7.4 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Steam Sanitize+. When I run it, it leaks water underneath and it fills up the dryer vent hose. I don't even use the steam sanitize setting at all. Can someone tell me what could be causing it and how to get this dryer apart? I figure it might be something that's clogged inside but I can't even find directions on how to get the back off to get to the inside.

Hello Gewel1,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the dryer leaking. We recommend if your dryer was recently installed, for you to notify the installer that the dryer is leaking. You can review our troubleshooting article https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109103/ for further assistance. As previously mentioned by @Dan2023, if you are unable to identify where the leaking is coming from, i.e. the water hose; the next suggestion is to have the dryer serviced.
You can set up a service repair request directly using the service link- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/. You can also Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to proceed as well.

Washers and DryersNo water in the drum at all. Even the lint in the dryer is dry. The water is in the hose that connects to the back of the dryer and goes to the wall that vents to the outside of my apartment building
