Just got this dryer yesterday. Followed all the instructions and tried all the tips from this post nothing works.
The SmartThings app gets to 98% and states that it is registering the device, then setup fails. It looks like the dryer is just failing to connect to WiFi altogether.
Would appreciate some help from Samsung on this as it appears to have been a common issue in the past.
Not one bit! I spent almost 6 hours one day on the phone with them doing the same [edit] over and over. After the first 2+ hours the call got dropped and had to go through the explanation of the problem and go through the same things I had already done with the first guy. I still can't get either Flex Washer or Flex Dryer to work with Smart Things. I would go with another manufacturer if I could go back.
