I'm totally new here, yes, I've been clicking around, doing plenty reading, basically trying to figure out what I'm doing or even supposed to be doing. 🫠🥰😇

Just want to say Thanks for taking time out your Day/Night to answer these few silly questions I have.
The Samsung Members Community is used by Samsung users to connect with other users, to share tips and ideas, get expert support, and on occasions, participate in exclusive events and beta tests.
It's a peer-led space where members can discuss Samsung Galaxy products, voice opinions and suggestions.
There are even Community Hangouts, such as Galaxy Gallery for posting photos to show off the capabilities of your device.
You are currently in a user-to-user tech support forum for Samsung devices. People generally post in the community when they need help with some issue they are having. Other users offer assistance and try to be helpful.
When problems are solved or questions are answered, you mark those comments as solutions using the three dots on the right side of those comments. You can receive "badges" for different achievements in the community.
There are also "hangout" forums that are not specifically for solving issues, but instead sharing photos, food, gaming, pets, and other topics.
The Members app also has other features!
The Discover tab has samsung news and events. It's also where the beta program lives (there is no beta currently available.)
The Support tab allows you to run diagnostics on your device or contact samsung directly with issues the community cannot solve. Users will sometimes advise you to send feedback if they can't solve your issue.
I am new to the community too. I apparently used the wrong password when I tried to get my voice messages & am now locked out. I was told that an "RCS"(?) was being sent to my cell number but I never got anything in my texts. Help!!!
