Talking to the StarsI purchased a 77 inch Samsung S95D from Best Buy and within a few months it sopped working. The tv would not power on and the red indicator light on bottom right when facing tv was off. Samsung sent a third party provided to fix on April 2025. Less than four months later, same issue has occurred. I have been in contact with Samsung vía X and Samsung support and they have hired same third party to come fix again.
obviously, this is unacceptable. It’s such a high-end TV and I’m sure like everybody else, have concerns that this will continue to happen and at some point, Samsung will say well it’s beyond the warranty. I have asked for replacement of the one box, but upon reading it says that they should replace the whole thing and that’s not happening Samsung just being very resistant to anything other than a third-party coming in and putting a Band-Aid on what obviously needs stitches. Samsung needs to do the right thing here and either replaced the entire television and not fix it with patches or give us refunds because this is unacceptable

Talking to the Starsi agree it's unacceptable. Btw no one will able to help you including myself, however thanks for sharing, your story will definitely become part of my consideration should i buy a smart tv or not from samsung

Talking to the StarsCrazy you say this because I purchased mine Nov 30, 2024. Had the OCB replaced in February due to the same issue of no power. Repaired quick and been fine until today. Went out again. Luckily put in repair ticket before my 1 year warranty expires on Nov 30, 2025. Third party coming out to replace the OCB once again on Dec 2. At this point I don’t have high hopes and really just want my money back and I’ll move my 65in upstairs as the replacement.
