I am here to just share my frustration about not being able to trade in my Watch Ultra for the newest edition even if changes are minimal.
I upgrade every year and when the newest design is released, but not being able to do this after throwing hundreds of dollars into your ecosystem is EXTREMELY disappointing to say the least. I mean that move really doesnt support your loyalists at all knowing there are people who upgrade every new release.
It bothers me so much so I will probably by a different brand just because of this.
P.S. - Dropping the S Pen is a special move for a unfoldable device you guys. The point of the device is to utilize it as a tablet if needed but not having a Pen for artists and general use on it makes absolutely zero sense.
I've had nonstop software issues with my 24 ultra and have had 3 new due to the problem. The only way to upgrade my phone is to pay this one off which I feel is completely unfair concerning it is messed up. Ill be switching to Apple this year unless I get some kind of Dallas or coupon. I work primarily with my phone and cant afford to have issues suck as (freezing) issues while I'm working. Honestly my phone is in new condition and I feel I should get a free upgrade and not have to pay my phone off.
May I ask why you could not trade in your Watch Ultra for the newest edition? I don't see that mentioned in your post. I ask because I too was contemplating trading my watch ultra 2024 version based on the amount of freezing I'm experiencing after software update.
When the Watch first came out, there was no option per Samsung to allow previous gen owners to trade, that has since been changed and looks like it was a mistake made at launch or they back tracked on that decision. I have since been able to trade it in and the option should be available also for you too.
