I recently filed a feedback through the Samsung Members App to report a bug on my phone and tablet after the recent One UI 8 update. I received replies stating that an issue report was filed with Google along with a link at the Google issue tracker site starting with "https://partnerissuetracker.corp.googl.com/u/0/issues/issue_number" where "issue_number" is a large integer.

When I click on the link, I am asked to login to CorpSSO. However, it does not recognize my google ID used to sign in to the Samsung account. How do I keep track of the issue if my usual google account is not recognized by the issue tracker?

Thanks!

I clicked your link and the login page keeps looping for me as well.  I believe it's a site error.  If you click the link on the left where it says "log into corpSSO" there's an email address - sso-team@google.com You may be able to email them and direct this inquiry to them.

Thanks realaud. I just filed another error report with Samsung requesting how to access the info behind the link. I suspect the Google issue tracking system can only be accessed by Samsung employees and not by us. The link must have been provided just to show the report has been filed.

I just got another canned email asking for screenshots and the device log. All I asked was how to view the report at the mentioned link! Guess Samsung's default first response is to push back and see if people will just go away and not ask anymore.
