On 12.09.2025, my Samsung S25 Ultra was taken from me at the McDonald's restaurant in Romania, Iași, Păcurari.
Since then, I've been struggling to find it and looking for solutions.
Also it seems that the device has been reset by forced (from Samsung call center seems that is possible using a certain combination of buttons) and so it is deleted from my account. Which is data and security breach!
Can Samsung track a phone using the IMEI? I understand that iPhone has this option. Thank you

I am looking for solutions in other location because it seems that in Romania this department was removed and there is no one that can pick up these requests.
