Just wanted to save the next person the hours of trouble shooting i had to go through with this. answer seems so simple once you see it. by default, mine was set to short, once i changed it to long my issue all but disappeared
It's the frick*n auto blocker(I didn't even know it had!) I was still having random lag and was thinking maybe it was the weird aspect ratio and tried to turn on USB debugging and it said it was blocked by auto blocker. Turned that off and boom, tablet doesn't suck anymore!! Like even trying to calibrate my fingerprint took forever before I did this.
Had the exact same problem on my S10 Ultra. Taps would either be taken as swipes, or the item I was tapping on would flash as if you hit it and do nothing. Shut off the auto blocker and it works perfect now. For those looking it is in settings/security and privacy/Auto Blocker.
