What happened to the Samsung app 'Write On PDF'.

I used this to work puzzles on my Tab S7 and just got the S10+ and can't find the app or one that allows me to do puzzles with my pen & S10+? Any suggestions for a functional app?

I think Write on PDF was removed by Samsung at least 3 years ago. 

As @kimberleigh mentioned, that functionality is now covered by Samsung Notes.
