I got this kids edition tablet for my son. I want to set it up and have some apps installed before giving it to him.
I made a Samsung kids account, following the direction, so I am the parent. And I signed in using that new account on his tablet.
I'm not sure if that was the mistake???
I try to do anything in Samsung kids, it directs me to the Galaxy store. Understandable since it's a new tablet and everything needs to be updated. But the problem is that once I get to the Galaxy store, it makes me plug in the password for MY Samsung account since I'm the parent. Okay, I do that. And then, this image is what I get. When I click on "Agree" nothing happens. I left it there, waiting for something to happen, but still in that same screen for 20 minutes. If I close app, then it closes.
It means I can't update any of the Samsung native apps, including Gallery. How ridiculous is that? How do I fix this?
