Tab S9 5g Samsung applications not working

I bought a refurbished tablet from Amazon and for some reason non of the Samsung apps work. I can't log onto Samsung pass or even update apps within the Samsung store. When I open and try to log into Samsung applications the error"samsung pass is temporarily not available. Try again later" then a few moments later it force crashes. I've tried everything from clearning all data and cache to rebooting in the bios and trying to activate it in safe mode. Nothing works.....Any guidance would be appreciated.

This is a common problem.  This fix doesn't work for everyone though.  I fixed it on my S21U by turning off Wi-Fi and logging on to Samsung Pass with mobile (It was years ago so it may have been just the opposite, turn off mobile and log in just using Wi-Fi try both ways) 

 That did not work with my Tab S8U but I kept trying over the course of a month and eventually it logged on. 

If you do get Samsung Pass to initialize, then you can use both mobile and Wi-Fi as normal from that point on.

It was supposed to be a "unlocked" tablet. But it wasn't and whatever the company used to flash it corrupted the files. I decided to return it and buy a brand new one
