We are trying to do a hard reset on our tablet because the screen password isn't working, and following along on videos we find, but we can't seem to get the recovery screen to stay on to toggle to the reset. It seems to flash, then go right away no matter what we try. What needs to happen so that it stays on so we can reset and access the tablet once again?
