Tab 6 vs tab 11

I have been using a Tab 6 for several years now.  I am looking at purchasing a Tab 11.  I cannot find any comparison between the two models.  Is the Tab 11 a significant upgrade?  What improvements would I see?

Without getting too specific, EVERYTHING IS BETTER. The biggest advantage, 7 years of OS and security patches vs NONE!
