Need Ips lcd display+ ip68/69 + headphone jack + millitary grade gorilla glass + esim + sdcard slot + Dual-video capture mode allows you to capture a scene in front of you, as well as your reaction to it, with a viewfinder split into two part + needn't be slim to accomodate these + ability to use it as external monitor +palm rejection & Pressure sensitivity for stylus + Lesser than 13" or 12" display + stylus which doesn't need charge + 5g + optimised for drawing purposes
If it could release within 2025 end it'd be great

the only needed fix for Tab FE is its SoC, S10 FE & FE+ have Exynos 1580 which found in A56, i think it's fair if Tab 11 FE should also have Exynos 2400e which found in S24FE
