Side button detection problem😭

 When the side button is pressed in detection, it will lock the screen and it can't be detected, errors in the image occurred, customer service also said that it may be a software problem, have you encountered the same problem?😭 

 TabS10Ultra, buttons work fine, such as Bixby, double-click to pull up the camera and lock screen. Customer service told me that the button will not mobilize the original function when testing, just detect the signal input, but my side button will call the original function when detecting, resulting in detection failure, customer service said that this may be a problem for Samsung members.

@DKZD Single clicking the side button will lock the tablet and turn off the screen. That is expected. 

What input are you trying to do after clicking the side button?

@DKZD I understand now. You are trying to run the button diagnostics in Samsung Members. I ran the test on my Tab S10+ and it works as expected. 

Not sure what tablet you have but it would seem that maybe it is a hardware problem? Does the button work as expected normally?

@DKZD It's a possibility that it is a bug in the diagnostic test. You can submit a bug report in the Samsung Members app. Click Support in lower right. Click Send feedback. Click on the paper airplane icon to start the report.

I think the Tab S10 Ultra side button thinks that the button is pressed at random times.

I don't understand. I have tried so many different ways of doing this, such as single click, double click, long press and multiple clicks, and it has no effect 😂

Long press Power + Volume down - Power menu
5 presses: SOS
Double press - Camera app or another app
