So I haven't used my tablet for a few weeks but I decided to use it yesterday and I saw some small vertical stripes, I thought they'd go away on their own but now they look like this and are moving from left to right while registering random touches on the screen. How do I fix this? I don't think my tablet was exposed to any water or even dust, it had just been shut off for a few weeks.
