My S6 lite keeps restarting when I use the Samsung notes app while charging. That's the only app that provokes that problem. Any other app can be used normally. Also I can use the app correctly while I'm not charging the tablet. I tried updates, safe/security mode, but nothing seems to correct this issue.

Try wiping the "cache partition" to see if that helps. It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. Clearing the "cache partition" can help resolve any issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data.

Follow the steps below,

Clear the cache partition
- Turn the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press the side key to select.
- Press the volume down key to highlight yes, then press the side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system is now highlighted.
- Press the side key to restart the device.

Also, clear the Samsung notes app cache
-Settings
-Apps
-Samsung notes
-Storage
-Clear cache

If the 2 options above don't solve the issue, try to uninstall the notes app. But make sure to back up your notes beforehand, just to be safe.

In the end, if nothing works, send feedback to Samsung below
