Samsung A9 tablet won't connect to Bluetooth. Can somebody give suggestions on how to fix it?

Here in the Members app in the Support tab, select Diagnostics and run the diagnostics for Bluetooth. If it's okay, it's probably a problem with the device you are trying to pair with.
