Is the one ui 7 beta released on the galaxy s10+ tab yet if so, why can't I see the banner

No it hasn't been released on the Tab S10's in the US they said later this month and were not even sure if it will be released in the US at the moment since they said it will be released only in select Markets

It will be released next month in April which is already 5 months early since they normally release tablet updates at the end of the year.
