Manage folders on Samsung Notes 4.4.10 on Tab S6 lite (reorder sub folders)

Hi I am trying to reorder my Subfolders in Samsung Notes version 4.4.10.71 .  I used to use the "Manage folders" menu item from the settings icon, but I cant find it in this version. I have many subfolders and it would be good to at least put them in alphabetical order.

Any one else had this issue?
