Locate lost device without power on

Samsung Galaxy s6 lite tablet lost and power is off assuming cause Google timeline says can't reach my account says it's registered on one page and not on another page I registered it again cause I have the serial number and model # screenshot in my Google photos

Sorry, but if the device is dead, there is no way it can respond to a location request.

The best it can do is maybe show the last location when it was live, but I think it's only a 30 day window.
