How to turn off swipe down gesture that turns on dex

Running one ui 8 and have galaxy tab s8 11 inch

Are you referring to multi window when you swipe down it puts the item in a window if so go to your settings - advanced features - Multi window - and toggle it all off.

I'm referring to if you swipe down from the top center of the app it puts it in a dex desktop
