I’m using a Galaxy Tab 10+. Since the recent update, the device freezes whenever I try to take a screenshot or use AI capture in multi-window mode. The issue has continued even after the latest update a few days ago. I’ve also tried a forced reboot, but the problem still persists.
Please look into this issue and provide a prompt solution.
