I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy 5 pro 360 and the forward-facing camera is almost has a "slow motion" effect and is not clear. I have cleaned the lens, checked the drivers, and I also reset the camera settings with no resolution. Is there something else I need to do? Is this a known issue?
