I am an estate administrator. My person died rather suddenly and no passwords for his Samsung tablet has ever been found in his possessions. It has a two step authentication and that phone was never located. The tablet contains corporate records necessary to process the estate. Does anyone know of a phone number or address to access help for this matter?

I have tried numerous numbers listed for Samsung. This cannot be the first time anyone has found this situation a necessity to solve.

Thank you to anyone who can point me in the right direction.

You will not be able to gain access to the device without the proper credentials. There is no "administrative backdoor."

I have the Administrator Rights, Court order and other necessary paperwork.

That's fine. It's still technically impossible to gain access to a device that's been password/PIN/pattern protected without those credentials. Sounds like the deceased did not maintain other records with said credentials.

He did not have any records with any of that information that I can find anywhere, including his corporate records.

Then I'm afraid you won't be able to gain access to the device and its data.

Sorry, but without the password, there is no way to access the data on the tablet.

I do believe that, after months of writing, even to their legal department, that it will have to be my solution. The probate process has been held up long enough. The estate cannot be settled without his corporate accounts.
