Cannot install the new SmartThings app on my Galaxy Tab A7.

Keep getting error.

Thank you for the swift reply.

This was happening when I was trying to install the smartthings app from playstore. But I tried later from the Galaxy store and I was able to install from the Galaxy store. So I am good!

I'm sorry to hear that, does this occur after a power cycle on the tablet? Also, can I have your full model number?

Odd. When I try to download the app from Galaxy Store it redirects to Google, and it says the app isn't compatible with my A7. Very frustrating.
