Tabletsif it only happens with this one app, I would think it's an error in the app. Contact the app developer for support. Does your tablet have a display setting to keep screen on while viewing? If it does, is it on?

TabletsHow does it not help you? If you don't want to put in a report with Samsung (in case it is, in fact, a Samsung issue), you have to use the feedback form. Otherwise, consider it a programming error in the particular app you are using and contact the developer through either the "about app" in the Play store, or the contact us link in the app settings.
