TabletsSettings -> Advanced features -> Landscape view for portrait apps -> Select the affected apps, they will be forced to stay in landscape mode depending on your rotation.

TabletsThere's apps on the PlayStore that can force device rotation. I use something called "Rotation Control" before. You can give it a shot.
(The mechanic of those apps is to have an invisible pixel displayed in front of all apps, and such pixel's presence can override the rotation of the entire screen)

Tablets@SDKevin I think that you would need to reach out to the developers of those apps. Apps can always override the landscape/portrait setting.
