The gyroscope is probably broken. Your best bet is to contact a repair center (UBreakIFix Recommended)

@rexjr12345 Swipe down to open up the quick panel. 

Do you have Auto rotate enabled?

If not, look for the Portrait icon. Click on it. It will enable Auto rotate. The icon and text will change.
