I'm having an issue with my Galaxy Tab S11 😩 I ordered it in September with a $100 Roblox subscription, but I've tried contacting Samsung multiple times and haven't gotten anywhere. Has anyone else experienced this? 😥 #GalaxyTab #Samsung #Subscription #Problem #CustomerService

TabletsI am currently on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor. I called back in Late November and they told me wait one more week. It's now 3 days before Christmas and nearly 3 weeks since I last called. I received a support escalation case number and was told to expect to hear something in the next 48 hours.

a week ago in
TabletsIm on the same boat, I got my tablet on December 2nd, got plenty of mails asking me to wait for 72 hrs, and still nothing.
I opened a case with Paypal (funny enough, when i choose the option that i didnt receive something, they ask you which item and i was able to choose the $10 robux)
